How it works

  • Each day, a different practice is delivered by email; some audio-guided, some self-guided; along with a page from the day’s workbook.

  • Practices are designed to fit together and complement one another.

  • Do each practice when it works for you; most take around 15 minutes.

  • Some practices can be done in daily moments, others invite quiet time for meditation or visualization.

  • No prior experience needed.

While there are no live sessions, we’re available by email if you have any questions, doubts, or need support along the way.
