How it works
Each day, a different practice is delivered by email; some audio-guided, some self-guided; along with a page from the day’s workbook.
Practices are designed to fit together and complement one another.
Do each practice when it works for you; most take around 15 minutes.
Some practices can be done in daily moments, others invite quiet time for meditation or visualization.
No prior experience needed.
While there are no live sessions, we’re available by email if you have any questions, doubts, or need support along the way.
